The City of Howardwick works in partnership with Texas Communities Group, with a goal to increase current tax values by impacting the lowest valued properties in a positive manner. You can access properties that are up for bid on the link below.

Be sure before you bid on or purchase any property in Howardwick you review the ordinances and zoning prior to insure you can use the property as intended.

The City will also hold closed bids from time to time that will posted under Closed Bid Lots. All information on how to parcipate in the closed bidding will be attached.
